23K gold has a purity of approximately 95.8%, combining high purity with a warm luster. However, applying 23K gold to hollow electroformed jewelry places extremely high demands on process control: uniform deposition of high-karat gold is difficult to control, hollow structures are prone to deformation, and it is challenging to balance coating hardness and color stability. To address these issues, the company’s R&D team systematically optimized the electroforming bath formulation, current density, deposition time, wax pattern and alloy mandrel design, and post-treatment processes. This successfully solved technical challenges such as uneven deposition, insufficient adhesion and weak structural strength, enabling the new product to maintain 23K high karat while offering good hardness, deformation resistance and wearing comfort.

At present, the 23K product line covers rings, bangles, earrings, beaded bracelets and other categories, with customization available. Founded in 2015 in the core area of Shenzhen’s jewelry industry, Qixing Jewelry has over 2,000 square meters of specialized production space and a technical team of more than 50 professionals. Its products cover multiple karat grades from 10K to 24K. The launch of the 23K product further improves the company’s high-karat product matrix and reflects its process coverage across the full karat range from 10K to 24K.
