Breakthrough electroforming technology for complex structures

We offer comprehensive electroforming solutions using wax, alloy, and composite mandrels, enabling the production of highly complex jewelry structures. Wax mandrels are ideal for organic curves, textures, and artistic designs, particularly suited to vintage and nature-inspired styles. Alloy mandrels (e.g., aluminum, low-melting-point bismuth-tin alloys) provide superior reusability and stability, supporting precise geometric patterns, openwork designs, and multi-angle twists—perfect for architectural and futuristic themes.

Our pulse electroforming technology enhances throwing power, ensuring uniform deposition even in deep recesses and narrow gaps, eliminating common defects such as nodules and dendrites. The electroformed layers achieve a density of 99.6% and hardness of HV120-150, significantly improving wear resistance compared to conventional processes. We can tailor layer thickness and internal structures using gradient electroforming to reinforce stress-prone areas, enhancing product durability.

This technology is widely applied in high-end custom jewelry, artistic collections, and industrial design. For instance, we created a double-layer hollow pendant for a renowned designer brand using alloy mandrels, reducing weight to one-third of its solid counterpart. We also developed electroformed watch cases for a luxury brand, balancing lightweight requirements with impact resistance. For specialized industries, we provide solutions for refractory metals like titanium and palladium, expanding the boundaries of electroforming applications.
